Repetitive Storyline = Empty Seats

Do you apologize?
Sorry. That one magical word. The word that could save people a whole lot of headaches and dramas, fights and breakups, anger and tears. And yet, we have two extremes: the people that use this word so much they've literally made it a cliche and the people that so rarely use this word its highly doubt-able that the word is even in their dictionary. This last bunch, they're the ones who think saying "sorry" means you're weak or soft and so being the tough soldiers they are, they never say it - even when they KNOW they should. This situation is especially true and common in relationships.
