Q: Why is the movie not loading? I waited for 20 mins now!
A: The movie should take less than 20 seconds to start playing. Worst case, 1 minute to load. If the movie doesn't load within 1 min, there is something wrong. We may have restarted the server or your internet connection may have temporarily stopped. Refresh the page and try again.
Q: I refreshed the page many times and STILL not working!
A: We may be temporarily down, our server may be overloaded, or maybe we are doing server updates. We are growing and it takes a lot of work to handle all the users/traffic. Please try again 1 hour later.
Q: The movie is not working on my mobile device or PS3.
A: We only support iOS, PS3, BB 7+, and NEW Android devices. If you have one of those devices and still not working, please REPORT the problem.
Q: I love the site, how can I help?

einthusan does not work in ps3. When movie is clicked it says loading and nothing displays'

Can You Please add some more Shahrukh Khan Movies!!!! then people will really love einthusan!!! I Love It I watched almost every movie of King Khan and other actors, but more of SK

i see pictulisation especially new movies I have 30 speed I do not think the problem is on my end. No problem with Blue ray : )
